Learning in a Winter Wonderland
Ever wonder how you can find out what is happening on our campus? There are calendar events posted on the right side that show you just a few events at a time, but you can also click on the calendar link to see the entire month. You can even print it out if you want to post it somewhere to remind you of what is happening on our campus and beyond.
Winter is no exception when it comes to events. We are excited to offer our parent classes and nutrition classes in the parent rooms. There is much to see and do at Fannin Elementary.
OFYP Help
Confused as to what OFYP (Optional Flexible Year Program) is all about? We can help! Check out our menu on the left hand side of our homepage. There you will find information that should clarify what this is all about.
The Magic of Learning!
Learning can be a magical and exciting thing, but there is no "trick" to this process. It takes hard work and dedication to teach and to learn. At Fannin Elementary, we strive to provide engaging lessons based on the needs of the students, a positive environment, and a safe place for your child to learn. Join us in discovering the magic of learning this school year.
Attendance Policy
This year Fannin will be following CCISD's attendance policy. This policy states that more than 15 minutes missed during the school day is considered a partial absence. In other words, if a student is more than 15 minutes late to school or picked up more than 15 minutes before dismissal the student will be considered absent for part of the day. This will then effect perfect attendance records and awards.
